at reduced prices through a special arrangement with New Holland.
For Part Drying:
Centrifugal dryers are most appropriate for small parts being processed in bulk. Due to the close proximity of tightly packed parts, and the resistance they offer to free air flow, these applications often present challenges to normal convection dryers. Centrifugal drying overcomes these challenges and speeds up production by drying two ways. Centrifugal force from the spinning action of the basket slings excess water, oils, or other liquids from the parts' surface. Simultaneously, a turbine fan mounted below the basket creates a powerful suction that pulls heated air through the parts basket for additional drying power. This combination ensures fast drying and reduces the scarring and marring frequently responsible for costly rejects, sally producing spot-free, moisture-free parts in 1 minute or less.
For Oil Removal:
Chip Wringers are used to remove and collect oil from batches of parts after machining, or from shavings and filings prior to disposal. The same centrifugal action that centrifugal dryers use to dry parts is employed to sling the oil from the surface of the parts or shavings. Chip wringers are provided in the same model sizes as the centrifugal dryers, but they are configured with a pipe to collect the oil for reuse; and they are supplied without heat to ensure safe operation with petroleum-based oils.
